  : Dredging and reclamation using TSHD, ground improvement and compaction, and construction of a temporary jetty. Supply and construction of mound layers, followed by placement of sand jumbo bags. Dredging in the harbor basin and seawall, construction of a temporary platform, and unloading and installation of precast seawall units. Reinstallation of roads in Villingili and Thilafushi.
