  : The scope includes casting and placement of 455 tetrapods, dismantling the existing steel tower and installing a new one, wire saw cutting and removal of 3,000 cubic meters of mass concrete road at a depth of 3 meters, removal of 1,750 concrete blocks ranging from 5 to 25 tons with a total volume of 20,000 cubic meters from the deep sea, excavation and removal of 71,500 cubic meters of rock boulders from the deep sea, and supply and installation of 6,700 metric tons of rock boulders for the south pier head.
